What we collect

When you use a form on this site — booking an artist, reaching out about a partnership, joining our list, or asking a general question — we collect what you submit: your name, email address, phone number (for our SMS list), and any message you write.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, and — only if you sign up for it — to send you email or text updates about events, ticket drops, and merch. We don't sell your information to anyone.

SMS & email marketing

If you join our list, you're opting in to receive event announcements, ticket and merch drop alerts, and updates from Underground Garden by text and/or email. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe at any time, or email info@ugevents.com to be removed from either list.

Third-party services

Form submissions are processed through Web3Forms. Ticketing is handled entirely by Shotgun once you leave this site — their own privacy policy applies to that purchase. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site, which uses cookies and collects general usage data (not anything you type into a form). None of these services are permitted to use your information for their own marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just email info@ugevents.com. We'll take care of it.
