Is this an 18+ event?
Check the age requirement listed at your point of purchase — it's noted on the event listing and your Shotgun ticket, and it can vary by event.
What kind of ID do I need to get in?
All attendees must meet the event's age requirement by the date of the show and carry a valid form of ID to enter. Valid forms (always required): driver's license, state ID, or passport — no school IDs, no birth certificates, no expired IDs.
If you need one, most state DMVs can issue a state ID same-day. We also accept temporary IDs, military IDs, or driver's permits that show both a date of birth and a photo.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds aren't available. As stated on the event listing and your order confirmation, all sales are final.
What time does the event start?
Check your ticket or look up the event on Shotgun for the exact start time. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for updates.
Is there parking?
Unless stated otherwise, we don't offer or guarantee parking at our events — it varies event by event. Email info@ugevents.com for specifics on an upcoming date.
Can I leave and come back in?
Doors close 30 minutes before the event ends, and there is no re-entry.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No — if you have the barcode on your phone, that's all you need.
Will tickets be mailed to me?
Tickets aren't mailed. The QR code on your order confirmation is your ticket — printed or shown on your phone both work.

When will event photos be posted?
We do our best to get photos up as soon as possible — please allow up to 2 weeks after the show. Follow Instagram for updates.
