Using this site

This site is run by Underground Garden, based in South Florida. By using it, you're agreeing to these terms. If something here doesn't sit right with you, the simplest thing to do is not use the site — or reach out to us directly and we'll talk it through.

Tickets

All tickets are sold through Shotgun, a third-party ticketing platform — once you click through to buy, you're subject to Shotgun's own terms and policies. All sales are final; refunds aren't available except where required by law. Event dates, lineups, and venues are subject to change.

Age & ID requirements

Age requirements vary by event and are listed at the point of ticket purchase. Valid, government-issued photo ID is required at entry for every event, no exceptions.

Merch

Merch purchases made through our Square checkout are subject to Square's standard buyer terms. Drops are limited — we don't guarantee restocks.

Our content

The Underground Garden name, logo, artwork, and photography on this site are ours (or used with permission) — please don't reuse them commercially without asking first. Reach out to info@ugevents.com if you want to use something.

No guarantees

We put this site together to be accurate and useful, but things change — lineups, dates, venues — and we can't guarantee everything on it is current at every moment. We're not liable for losses connected to relying on information here; always confirm event details before making plans.
